MARQUETTE, Mich.—The NMU First Nighters’ Club is hosting a cabaret-style performance of music and comedy from Broadway and beyond.  The “Night of a Thousand Stars” fundraiser starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Forest Roberts Theatre. Tickets are available at any NMU EZ Ticket outlet and are $10 for students and $20 for the general public.

Featured performers include B.G. Bradley and sons, Bobby Glenn Brown, Andrew Bourgoin, Susan Boyle, the cast of Avenue Q, Brent Clark, David Hansen, Jacob Laitinen, James Panowski, Leslie Sollid, Beth Theile, Dan Truckey, Ansley Valentine and Kerry Yost. Denise Clark and Jeff Spencer will direct the event.

The First Nighters’ Club creates opportunities for student artists and supports the theatre community of Marquette and the surrounding areas.
